19. What encouragement would you offer our staff for longevity in ministry?
20. Chuck Reinhold:  Our relationship with Christ is much more important than what we do.  Going the second mile.
21. Tom Raley:  Living with Christ one day at a time, and the non negotiables.  Read a good book with someone who is smarter than you are.  Longevity is a natural call, not a goal.
22. Charlie Scott:  Families that love Young Life. Taking care of our families.
23. Chuck Reinhold:  Other works and the body of Christ.
24. Mal McSwain:  Having a group around us to pray, ask questions, hold you accountable, and loving Wanda and I as a team. (Pray for mentors)
